What is the kitchen equipped with?
Full kitchen with full size appliances, including fridge, oven and dishwasher.  As well as  toaster, microwave, coffee pot and filters, cutting board, pots & pans, strainer, big bowls. We provide enough dishes for you to have guests over including, wine glasses, coffee cups, water glasses, plates, bowls. All basic cooking utensils, bottle opener, corkscrew, pizza slicer, peeler, and scissors.

Is there a K-Cup Machine?
No, we provide a standard coffee machine. With coffee grounds, powder creamer.​

Where is the property?
We are located right on Whiskey Row at 116 S Montezuma St.  Prescott, AZ 86303 In the back of the building.
 
Is there an Elevator?
Stairs available 24/7. Elevator available during business hours of Jersey Lilly Saloon.

Is there a barbecue a on property?
No. And not allowed on site.

Is there a TV?
There are 2 TV’s, one in the living room, one in the bedroom.

Do we have WiFi?
Yes, WIFI is included. Find the password in the Kitchen.

Is there an iron?
Yes, an Iron and Ironing board.

Do we need to bring the crib and highchair?
We do not have cribs or high chairs available.

Room Description?
This spacious 1,200-square-foot unit features a full kitchen, a large one-bedroom with a king bed and walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi tub and shower combo. The living room includes a queen sofa sleeper, making the property ideal for both comfort and convenience.

Is breakfast included?
No, there is no breakfast included, as all of our units have full kitchens. There is also a grocery store about a 1/2 mile down the road where you can get all the food needed to cook and enjoy a meal.

Does the unit have a fireplace?
The unit does not have a fireplace.

Rates?
Current rates can vary and would need to be checked when we are in the booking process. However, in general, the rates are $179 a night plus tax, Sunday through Thursday. And $249 a night plus tax on Friday and Saturday. 

Are you close to downtown, or general questions about location?
We are located on Whiskey Row (also known as Montezuma St.) in the same building that Jersey Lilly Saloon and The Palace Restaurant and Saloon are in. The unit is on the back side of the large building on the top floor and can be accessed via the stairs off the alley or through the front door of the building, and once on the top floor, you can exit to the back patio of the building to find the front door.

How does the Check-In Process work?
This is a self-check-in process, and you will receive a Welcome Email on your day of arrival with all the information you need on where to park, how to find the unit, and a 4-digit code to be used on the front door as your "room key" throughout your stay. Please keep in mind this email may not arrive until 3 pm on the day of check-in, as it will be sent once the unit is clean and ready for your arrival.

Early check in can not be guaranteed but we will put in a request and do our best to accommodate it.

Check-Out Time?
10:00 am
Some late checkouts can be provided upon request. Please keep in mind that most late checkouts will not be accepted after 11 am. And on some occasions, we can accommodate a 12 pm checkout. Anything later would require an additional night to be booked.

Gift card?
If they have a gift card, a local team member has to book for them. We can take your information for a team member to call you back.

PARKING & DIRECTIONS TO FIND THE UNIT
-Park in the parking garage that is located directly behind Whiskey Row located at: 135 S. Granite Street Prescott, AZ 86303
-Once parked you'll head into the alley way located on the East side of the garage. Once in the alley way you will want to head North and you will see directly behind the Palace Restaurant a large banner with 3 cowboys on it.
-Directly next to the back entrance of the palace is a set of brown steps to get you up to the Jersey Lilly Saloon. Take those steps up to the top. -At the top of the steps immediately to the left will be a green door with a keypad, this is the entrance to the Penthouse. Use the above 4 digit code on the keypad for the duration of your stay.
